Bill grew up in rural Kentucky on his parent's bean farm. After leaving the family business to pursue his passion in sales, Bill had a successful career as a door-to-door-to-car-to-boardroom salesman before retiring in 2017. He's since decided to pursue a new passion in disrupting the plumbing industry after the passing of his wife, Martha Thompson.

Kelly is Bill's granddaughter in law, and graciously helped him set up this website with the help of a friend from college who owes her BIG time!
